Todd Steven Collins was born on 5 November 1971 is an American football quarterback for the Chicago Bears in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the second round in 1995 NFL Draft. He played college football at Michigan.
Collins has also played for the Kansas City Chiefs and Washington Redskins. He has spent most of his NFL career as a backup quarterback spend several years behind Elvis Grbac serves and Trent Green Chiefs.
Collins attended and played football for the University of Michigan from 1990 ,1994 even though he was redshirted as a freshman in 1990. Collins was selected in 1995 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills. In 1995, he served Bills backup jobs playing in seven games with a start.
